Uhhhhhm, this actually just started as a test to see how tegaki stuff would look if there were layers. I used the tegaki palette inside photoshop, etc, for the colors and junk. Lines were done on paper, though... so long since I've drawn traditionally...
When I got done with Kamina and Birals though I decided it needed a more painterrrlyy background, so, uh, yeah...
